The fixed, high-gloss black lacquer top catches the light beautifully and contrasts with the leaf-gilded beechwood base, instantly elevating both traditional and modern living rooms.

Meticulously hand-carved by our artisans, the apron is decorated on all four sides with classic shell and acanthus scroll motifs the signature vocabulary of French Baroque design.

Cabriole legs continue the fluid curves, while genuine gold-leaf gilding highlights every relief and adds depth to the sculpture.

Versatile in use, it anchors the centre of a seating area as a coffee table or serves as a side / end table to showcase a lamp, flowers or art books.

The black lacquer pairs effortlessly with velvet upholstery or contemporary leather, and the gilt finish warms neutral palettes.
