From the small decorative products to the larger furniture, Royal Art Palace ensure a delivery service all over the world.

Several delivery methods are available and vary according to the weight, size, fragility of your items and also, your delivery location.

You will find below the details of the steps and particularities of delivery modes.

Delivery DPD

For small parcels without furniture and less than 30kg (decorative item, small chandelier ...) your delivery will be made by:

Usually, for each order of items in stock, shipping will be make in 7 working days after payment receipt.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing the parcel ID and a link to track the delivery.

This delivery is against signature, provides two passages of the delivery men from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6pm (there is no appointment time for your delivery), to address of your choice, prior informed when you order (home, office ...). We remind you that the presence of a person to receive and check your package is mandatory.

We invite you to submit all the necessary information (telephone number, security code ...) to ensure smooth delivery.

If you are not at home, the package will be presented a second time at your request or to withdraw the Exapaq center or local correspondant nearest you. The deadline to collect your order and contact the removal center will be accessible directly from the carrier site Exapaq or phone (standard rate number).

Usually, for every order of items in stock, the shipment of your order is made within 7 days of receipt of your payment.

The carrier will contact you by telephone as soon as possible to arrange an appointment at your convenience from Monday to Friday.

We remind you that the presence of a person to receive and check your package is mandatory.

Warning : The delivery of your order means to the front door, so plan to be assisted through a voluminous items. However you can, make a request to the carrier that delivery you on upper floors and in the room of your choice. This will result in additional costs that we are not dependent. If you wish, we can also study for you with the help of the carrier special delivery request, the additional cost will be your responsibility.

Receipt of your order

Important : You must check the contents of your package upon receipt and before sign any paper.

Indeed, no claim will be taken into account if you do not clear any damage or breakages found on the delivery note.

Take into account also that the words "subject to unpacking", "subject to proper functioning" or any mention does not specify the nature of the problem are not admissible.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the nature of it (weight and volume) and your location.

Generally, the amount is set automatically during checkout when you are identified with “Your account”, and calculated based on the delivery address chosen.

If you do not have an account, the order form will suggest the account creation simply and without losing purchases that is in your cart.

In some cases, your order may require a specific quotation (delivery-area, quantity ...). This is indicated, following the confirmation of your address,  at the step transport fees by option “carrier quote request”. Our team is studying the best solution for the shipment of your order and mail informs you when the estimate is made.

For delivery of items of big volume or multiple quantity order, a “quote carrier” is offered during the course of your order to step transportation costs.

For this, a period of 7 to 15 days must be added to the delivery time initially indicated.

Indeed, to ensure the best solution delivery and the cheapest prices, our team is studying the best solution for the shipment of your order.

An e-mail will be sent within this time informing you of the cost and delivery dates.

We remind you that the products offered by Royal Art Palace are handcrafted by our craftsmen, making each copy a single model. However, this process requires a reasonable processing time, usually 4 to 8 weeks, adding to the usual delivery time, to ensure a quality piece of furniture fashioned in the traditional way.

Our team is at your disposal and strives to satisfy you as soon as possible.

Return

Particular attention is paid to the quality of our items and parcels, however it may happen that you are not fully satisfied and want to return a product.

To do this, go to the section “Your Account” and then “History and details of my orders”.

Go to the details of your order and select the product you want to return.

Click “Generate a return”, print the return form and attach it to your return.

Always looking to improve the quality of our services, we invite you to comment on the reason related to the return of your purchase.

Returns must be made in 14 days from the date of receipt of the items.

You can :

  • - Either refuse delivery during his presentation, which will incur no cost to you, your order will be immediately returned, and the refund will be effective as soon as possible (average of 15 days after receiving the items in our office).
  • - Either return the goods by your own way and at your expense. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by their right of return. Refund will be effective within 15 days after reception and verification of products.

Warning : if you do not proceed to verify the good conditions of items ordered as mentioned in the section Recept your order and if a product is damaged, return costs will be borne by you.
