More info

This sumptuous two-seater Baroque Rococo sofa immediately makes a statement through the dramatic combination of deep black velvet and a glossy black lacquered wooden frame. Designed as much as a decorative centrepiece as a functional seat, it creates a striking contrast between the softness of the upholstery, the polished finish of the wood and the exuberance of its Baroque-inspired carving.

Its generously button-tufted backrest is one of the most distinctive features of the design. Deeply upholstered, it creates an elegant play of volume and shadow while providing comfortable support. The generously padded seat and enveloping armrests complete the inviting proportions of the sofa.

The black velvet upholstery perfectly emphasises its theatrical silhouette. Decorative studs follow the curves of the backrest, seat and armrests, providing a refined finishing detail and highlighting the contours of the piece.

The frame is crafted from solid beech wood and carefully hand-carved by our artisans. Scrolls, foliage, flowing curves and openwork ornaments form an elaborate decorative composition, particularly impressive along the crest of the backrest and the lower front rail. The glossy black lacquer finish enhances the depth of the carving and gives the entire sofa a sophisticated, almost sculptural presence.

Placed in a characterful apartment, an elegant contemporary living room, a luxurious bedroom or a high-end professional interior, this sofa naturally becomes the focal point of the setting. It is equally suited to hotels, boutiques, restaurants, hair salons or event spaces looking to create a dramatic and memorable atmosphere.

More than simply a two-seater sofa, it combines comfort, craftsmanship and spectacular design to give any interior an unmistakable sense of personality and prestige.
