This stunning hand-blown glass dome showcases an exquisite entomological composition featuring six tropical butterflies, preserved with great care.

With their striking shades of red and black, these specimens embody both the elegance of nature and the timeless allure of cabinets of curiosities.

At the center stands a magnificent Papilio rumanzovia, also known as the Scarlet Mormon.

Its broad black wings, highlighted with ivory and marked with vivid scarlet patches, dominate the arrangement and give the piece its spectacular presence.

Surrounding it are five smaller butterflies, likely Heliconius erato and related species, renowned for their vibrant red and black contrasts, symbols of grace and exotic charm.

Each butterfly is carefully chosen and hand-mounted, creating the illusion of a flight suspended in time.
