Slender and graphic, this glass piece features an elongated silhouette with a central oval opening.

A navy-blue inner layer appears to float inside the body while the outer wall remains perfectly clear.

Light flows through the window and along the polished curves, giving a chic presence reminiscent of 1970s design; part sculpture, part decorative object.

Manufacture details: the piece is made from solid glass using layered construction.

The colored inner layer is shaped first, then encased in a clear crystal jacket while still hot.

After cooling, the form is cold-worked: the oval opening is refined, and the surfaces receive extensive grinding and polishing to achieve mirror gloss and continuous curves.

This approach, akin to the "Sommerso" (overlaid glass) technique, creates the deep blue core and soft halo within the transparent shell.

It sits beautifully on a console, desktop or in a curated cabinet-of-curiosities display.

Show it solo as a focal point or pair it with the S size available on the same product page for a graduated composition.

The navy-and-clear contrast works with both light backgrounds and dark woods.

Care: dry microfiber cloth only; avoid solvents and abrasives.
