Head and arms are lost, yet what remains says it all: a generous contrapposto, supple hip shift and, above all, the clinging drapery - deep channels, broken hems and taut ridges that map the body beneath.

The modelling moves from the chest to the waist and into the weight-bearing leg, while intentional traces of erosion keep the archaeological poetry that makes the piece so compelling in interiors.

Set on its satin-black metal base, the figure gains vertical lift and a quiet museum presence.

The discreet stand frames the silhouette without distraction and suits a console, pedestal or display case in a refined cabinet-of-curiosities mood.

From a three-quarter view the torso twist energises the folds; in profile, the falling garment draws a continuous, elegant line.
