More info

This exquisite Louis XV–style square side table showcases exceptional craftsmanship through its fully marqueted structure and ornate gilt-bronze decorations.

Designed as a refined decorative piece and functional accent table, it stands out through its magnificent top featuring an intricate musical motif inspired by historic European iconography.

The tabletop displays a superb marquetry composition depicting a violin, flute, tambourine and sheet music, surrounded by floral ornaments and a delicate tulip border.

This richly detailed scene highlights both the artistic mastery of the marquetry work and the cultural inspiration behind the design, evoking the elegance of salons where music and fine arts played a central role.

The structure is crafted from precious woods, including elm burl and mahogany, arranged in harmonious patterns that enhance the table’s curves.

The marquetry extends across the façade panels, complementing the sinuous silhouette of the Louis XV legs.

The table is adorned with finely chiselled gilt-bronze mounts applied on all sides: scrolling acanthus leaves, rocaille motifs, and decorative corner mounts that elevate the visual richness of the piece.

These bronze elements are entirely hand-finished, adding authenticity and luxury.

The brass edging surrounding the tabletop further enhances its refinement, providing both a decorative frame and a subtle contrast with the warm tones of the wood.

Perfect as an accent table in a living room, hallway, or bedroom, this Louis XV–style piece combines beauty, functionality, and traditional French craftsmanship.

It is ideal for displaying decorative items, serving as a small writing surface, or enriching any elegant interior with its unmistakable charm.

A truly remarkable furniture piece that reflects outstanding artisanal skill.
