A felt hat with a rigid, domed shell, the bowler hat, accompanied by a neat mustache and a three-piece suit, has become over time the absolute symbol of respectability, especially in England.
These old hats found throughout Europe will never reveal the mysteries of the men who wore them.

It will be very decorative presented on our set of wig stands or hat stands in turned and blackened wood from the Napoleon III period.
